I couldn't really think of a good title for this one but I could imagine Garrus sitting back somewhere shady and relaxing in this pose with somebody offering him a deal or even threatening him, but he's not particularly frightened. If anything, he's quite smug on the matter at hand with a drink as funky coloured as he is, in the other hand.
I mean, it's not like you can hurt him really. Physically, at least.
