Ruby is always looking for ways to improve as a hero, in any shape or form, and
that often leads her to question what attire she should be wearing from time to
time as well.

Going to Papyrus for advice on this may or may not have been the wisest
decision on her part...but alas, look how proud she looks of herself. ;P
