Was driving through the neighborhood when I came across this sign and I just had to take a photo. I have no clue what they are trying to say but apparently some people can ride bikes using their head.

Clearly it means you can only ride against traffic while pedaling upside down. In other words you don't. Either that or they are pointing in the direction you are supposed to be riding and which side of the road your wheels are on. Kind of retarded if you ask me. And that's if I'm right. It could mean something else.
