Here's my newest character to add to the heroes of Megalopolis. Lolotea Ruffwind is known by the name "Mist Rider" in the tabloids. She is a Native American white wolf who owns a custom bike shop. But when the needs arise she uses her powers over for and rain granted by the Great Spirit to fight evil. If you hear a roaring thunder in the fog while you do evil, that might just be her riding to the rescue of your victim.
