The Mermaids of the Isles will gladly trade underwater treasures or lost objects in return for something from the cities or towns, from jewelry to food. There are numerous caves on the islands that lead out to the ocean that are used as resting spots, so if you find one and wait long enough, you may see a mermaid who'd like to trade.


Cassandra likes to trade new jewelry (with a nice little water protection spell) to Aurelia for destroyed jewelry lost in ship wrecks. She restores them and then upsells them with attraction spells as part of her matchmaking business.
