One of the first pieces of fan art I'd rendered for a 'fat furry' artist was this one-panel gag I drew for Toner - back in the early days when the husky had greyish fur (instead of the reddish orange coat he sports now) - and his foxy buddy Caius. Needless to say, anybody who works as a lookout at a buffet has every right to warn the cooking staff, the moment these two corpulent canines approach this establishment!

(I was planning on similar sequels to this gag with other 'fat furries'. For example, a lookout at a seafood restaurant would probably cry out to the back, "Thar she blows!")

Anyway, I've decided to post this full-color image for two reasons: (1) "The Round House" only has the black-and-white version in my gallery, and (2) this will be a belated birthday offering for Toner, since February 5th had already passed. "iFeliz Cumpleanos, mi amigo!"
