Well, that depends. Are you on the official Dutch Angel Dragon facebook page? I allow people to dump their char's name and ref sheet on a certain post after which I add them to a list.
I don't take money for them due to me not being able to guarantee a fun and clever play on the character's name.
I'm not going to stop anyone from returning an art piece though (but it's not a requirement. I do this because I enjoy it, and because it makes people smile/laugh )
