Okay so this is my new character on neopets Vel. Stupid site keeps dragging me back.
Anyway SHe is a purple puppy, and she was like playing with her tails or something when a bee flew past her, and ya thats pretty much it.

Anyway I think she is a cutie, and I can't wait to rp her.

about 2 hours on the computer using a mouse and adobe photoshop.
