Terms of Service- Read this before commissioning me!

•If you are interested in commissioning me, please email me at ta.hindle[at]yahoo.com or PM me here on FA. I accept payments for art in USD via paypal. I expect payments upfront. After receiving payment, I will begin work on your commission.

•For a line art or full color image: when I am done with the sketch, I will send it to you so you can tell me if there are any changes that need to be made (Don't be shy! If there is something wrong, I'd like to fix it while it's still in the sketch stage). I will also send you the finished image before posting so that you can see if there are any last minute changes that need to be made.

•For a sketch image: when I am finished with the sketch, I will send you the image. At that point, you can tell me if there is anything that needs changed so I can fix it before posting.

•You cannot sell my art without my permission. If you commission me, you have the right to repost the art if you want, but you must credit me as the artist.

•I will draw:
Gore
Nudity
Sonic and Non Sonic style
Sexual Situations
(Some) Fetish art _{I say some because I am not familiar with a lot of things on the website, as I am fairly new. Once I have a better idea what I am/am not okay with, I will make a list.}

•I have the right to refuse your request for a commission for any reason.

•Refund Policy
If something comes up and I am unable to complete the commission, I will give you a full refund.
Other than that, no refunds will be made for sketches.
If it is a line art or full color image and I have finished the sketch, if you have to cancel the commission, I will give you a 75% refund. After that, if you cancel before I have finished, I can give you a 50% refund. If I have finished the entire picture, there will be no refund offered.
