It's an alligator, you can tell by the snout. Short and stubby=gator, long and not so stubby=croc

Alligator. When the Head look like an U its more an alligator.
Breside that. Look at the Teeths. When you see the up and the Down when the jaw is close. its an Crokodile. When you only see the Up its a Alligator.
