also that symbol reminds me of the space pirates in kid icarus uprising owo chapter 8 in that game was so beautiful ^^ and happens to have a ship to do with constellations and such so i think its a fair connection XD

I've never played Uprising, and to be brutally honest, the over-representation in Smash Bros has led me to outright resent the series.

So unfortunately, I don't get the reference, sorry. :c

ill summarize the chapter is set in the high heavens were all the constellations are (they look beautiful btw) to retrieve the three sacred treasures to battle medusa in the sea of stars a pirate ship has been breaking the constellations and using them as fuel and it just so happened in the proceed theyd stolen the treasures with them so now its your job to go get them :3

honestly i feel theres a bigger offender and hes a returning character that i dont get why hes returning dr.mario... >< but what gets me about him is that id be perfectly happy with him if he was PAPER MARIO someone who theres a literal whole game dedicated to showing mario and paper are two different characters with different capabilities..... bah well this has clearly gone off topic XD even if you dont like the series tho i do recommend either picking up or at least checking out an lp of uprising its pretty funny and a good game x3; thats just my opinion tho sorry for all this going so widely off topic btw ^^;

I'd like to take a stab here and say the soldiers of these four leaders have a different color/symbol badge or something on their uniform? Or maybe their skin is colored a certain color and the symbol is on their chest.

Yeah. Hell, "Lords" is a bit of a misnomer in that regard. It's just the closest to a gender-neutral term for their rank that I know of. :P

Nope. Orion may be powerful enough to be the leader of an Astral Battalion, but even he is but a mere servant of a higher power....

I suppose I'd have to wait to find out on the next installment about this higher power? After all, there is nothing better than suspense when done right... but when it's done cliched like those awful horror movies (I'm lookin' at you, Cabin Fever)... *Shakes head.*

And I couldn't help but make a link... almost every one of the Astrals, EXCEPT for Virgo and Gemini happen to follow the R/G/B/Y spectrum. Is there any correlation between the Astrals and the four armies?

Yeah, I haven't fleshed out this part much, beyond the logo and vague stuff about the four lords... :P

As for Astrals and colours, it's mostly coincidental. Their colours often vaguely indicate which element of magic they wield (like Aquarius, a Water-user, is blue, while Aries, an Electricity-user, is yellow), but I break the rules as much as I abide by them (eg: Leo is yellow like Aries, despite being an Air-user), so it's not the most accurate guide. :P
