Decided I was going to try out Krita this morning. So I started downloading it and remembered I'm out in the middle of nowhere with slow satellite internet. So I have Krita NOW, but while I was doing this I had a sketchbook & coloured pencils. Not great, but I think it turned out alright.
I knew I wanted a nerdy opossum girl from the start so I'll likely do more the bookworm in a turtleneck. :P

I haven't actually done much more than start it up & ogle at it yet but it looks like it going to do what I want a little better than GIMP. I intend play with it some tonight/tomorrow and if I figure out something I'll let you know, but as it stands you know a lot more than I do.
