Though this comic does a great job of describing how much the first few days of being transformed must be. While we may think fat and fur is cute, this raichu must be feeling those clothes rub against his body, while looking in the mirror and just thinking about how depressed he is.
While this is a good reveal, I feel like some time could have been spent on showing how his weight has effected how he fits into this clothing. I know you said the training gear is elastic, but what about his trousers? Perhaps some struggling would emphasis just how he's changed, and maybe struggling to fit his tail in as well, as I doubt trainer trousers would have a hole for a tail! XD
The facial expression is really good. Nice and empty, as if he's contemplating the changes he sees in himself.
