It's a good challenge to design around such limitations.
The clothes seen here have straps just below the bottom-most part of the membranes, also over the shoulder, to connect the front and back part of the clothes.
Sadly my tablet broke and the new one arrived in the middle of the week so I didn't have time to put in some more details into the picture such as the straps.
Longer sleeved clothes can have additional attachment points by gloves that cover the fingers (but don't go over wing bones).
The wing membranes can be fully covered by clothes if needed, but usually in a way that allows quick detachment/folding into a cape when planning to use the wings.
By the way, their wings are for gliding only, but they adopted to this ability quite well and also planned many of their settlements in a way that allows practical use of this.
