Sleep is great, isn't it?
It kinda sucks that we don't always get as much of it as we want or need. I know I certainly don't... especially
lately! It can be a right pain in the ass in fact, trying to settle down and turn in for a night... Between professional
problems at work, and personal problems back home, there's enough stress going around to keep everyone stirring
restlessly in their sheets, in the dark, staring at the ceiling for hours.
Roro Sphix, of the Sphix Clan of Rodents, has no such
issues. Now, he may have a lot of extraneous issues besides sleeping to worry about, but when it comes to getting a
little shut-eye? Oh he's a pro. He can fall asleep with no effort at all, just lays in the sheets- and in moments he's
out like a light. It's a talent he has... but not, as you might suspect, an incidental one.. See- he's got a method.
A method to get to sleep quickly and easily and get a more restful sleep each time, and i'm gonna share that
technique with you here... Just don't tell Roro I mentioned it to you, it's supposed to be a secret. Promise?

RORO'S INCREDIBLE TECHNIQUE FOR LONG, RESTFUL, AND IMMEDIATE SLEEP

Step One: Be five or six years of age.
Step Two: Acquire a Oombat Ratdat plushie.
Step Three: Develop an intense emotional attachment to it, and sleep with it nightly from early childhood all the way to your late 20's.
Step Four: No one must know.
Achieve these steps and easy sleep can be yours. All that's necessary is gently laying yourself down, retrieving Oombat Ratdat from underneath your bed where you hide him, and hugging him tightly as sleep takes you.
It's mystifying how often these simple solutions elude us. Anyways, it's gettin' kinda late, might be time for a little bit of shut eye.
