This is part of an outdoor furry convention by a lake. I have no idea why any suiter would want to be anywhere near a burning campfire (lower right), but whatever.
That's supposed to be a fishing pole and tackle box at upper left, and 3 battery operated lanterns on the left hand picnic table.
Full disclosure - These are cheap Chinese knock-off figures, since The Lego Group abandoned production of these years ago.
