Like every new character I create, I have no idea what I want to do with her as of now. :D
But as far as a storyline goes, basically she has a special power to create rain. Unfortunately, a near-fatal head injury caused her to lose control of her power, therefore causing a heavy downpour wherever she goes. She can't stop it, so as one might expect, she can't stay in the same place for very long, otherwise she causes a flood.
