*BACKSTORY*
Ira married young despite joining the remnants of the army, and had a family by the time he was 20.
His daughter was 8 years old when she and her mother were killed dring a raid while Ira was
away on business, and after discovering it was the bad call of his superior that caused the
attack, he went AWOL and struck out on his own in the Wasteland. He travelled alone until meeting
D4N and Donut at a bar. They hired him as a mercenary and he has been in their company ever since.
