Colonel is the bastard son of a man who cheated on several women, and left Colonel's mother and him to raise after themselves. After growing up, Colonel worked hard to raised the two to be strong, fine men as he wanted him to have a better life than he did.
The twins live by each other, living in a deserted cabin on Hoenn as they try to work hard and be as strong as their father.
