Ok, lets try this again. This was something that got deleted during the hack attack on FA.

Vivanim are an open species which means that anyone can make them without needing to pay for the rights or anything. They are spirits that inhabit masks in order to manifest in the world. Normally they have a misty/incorporeal form but they can take a more solid form for a certain amount hour(s) per day depending on their strength. Strength usually is dependent on how old they are and how long they have had to learn about their masks. Masks come in all shapes/sizes/species. They can range everywhere from elf/human to a mouse. All masks are in a masquerade style, complete with many fashions and decorations. While most of their body is incorporeal, there will be one other area that is similar in aspect to their masks. It could be just about anything, their neck, legs, tail, wings, etc, so long as at least 60% of their body isn't made of the mask material. And yes, the tail in the example is floating without necessarily being connected to the other pieces. That is allowed. It is the spirits essence holding them together.

Another example of a WIP owl vivanim that I am working on (still yet to add her wings or tail, but in this her legs are the other mask piece).

And suddenly... I see people making their Vivanim's naughty bits the other solid piece *face palms* It is allowed XD While I don't need credit for the species when you create one, please do not claim the species as your own. That is the least I am really asking. So thank you.
