there actually is. i mean it doesn't always have to be a violent take over. Just imagine a big orcish guy with someone smaller laying ontop, they're both spent from a sexy night of messing around, and the orc desides he wants to keep the little guy inside him. so the little guy slowly starts sinking into him. at first he panics a little. but the orc comforts him, and the feeling for both is almost orgasmic >< the orc wraps his arms around the little guy as he slowly sinks in.
Am I erred on that assumption? I feel in earlier pieces, they completely disappeared afterwards. If I'm incorrect, then please let it be so. I'd rather they enjoy each others company.

well when it came to vore pieces, Bromok did fully consume them, though it's not fetal. Bromok doesn't want to hurt anyone just for his own pleasure, but is more then happy to keep people in his gut ^^ and with absorbtion he'd be the same. allowing people inside him, but never harm them. unless they are willingly to become part of him
