So there's no confusion, the husky's name is 'Chuck'. I introduced him way back in Chapter 2 as the chief check instructor on the Peregrine 10, the university's aerobatic trainer used for lessons in advanced flight dynamics.
I used to roll-play Chuck as a goofy feral husky on BaltoMUCK and The Den back in the late 90s. It's fun to bring him back.

Just wanted to let you know that I just went through this comic from the very first page up until here. And Gods above is there a difference in your artistic style from when you first started out! I'm so invested in how Chucky will do in future strips, and how the others will grow up as well. I'm am 110% invested in this comic now. ^_^ And I can't wait to see how you will continue to improve your style! :3
I can tell, definitely! Your lines are much smoother, the characters don't look as stilted as they used to (still needs work, but hey, character posing is friggin' hard!) and if you ever wanted to, you could always go back and refine your earlier strips if you wanted to. The creator for Two Kinds is doing that now, still. ^_^
I like how the story is developing: after Chucky has been "at the bottom of the pit"
fearing to fail, than wetting himself and feeling miserable, the first thing he needed was rebuild self-confidence and being positive.
Kev (the one who changed career) and Nimsha were avoided and he have chosen the right guys, Jenny, Ian and now Chuck.
I can't help but thinking of these words written some moons ago:
