Trust me I know this isn't my best work at all, I did it while I was waiting on something on neopets to finish doing its thing. The shading on the Jokers face is horrid, well, his face is horrid in this picture..and I'm sorry for that. I just thought today would be a good day to upload some Joker Harley Quinn action. If you had seen the real image, you'd understand why his other eye area looks so strange. Took me forever to figure out what was actually happening in that part of the original image and I fixed it the best I could to make it look half way normal. My coloring was rushed on this. By rushed I mean this whole thing took 2 hours. The original image again does not belong to me. I'd prefer it if you would try to be nice.
