So I just created a new creature. It is knownot as a Lir
Based off the Irish folklore of the God of the Sea. A creature of the waters but just as swift on land. A mammal that lives in land and sea. It has most of its diet as meat and fish and can swim up to 50ft under water with a single breath. It's water colored fur hides them from other creatures by blending in with the oceans blue and green hues. Their eyes are dulled out and weak, able to adjust under dark depths and night hues, but being partially blind in daylight. Their nocturnal.
Large feet paws keeping them to kick over boulders and thicker items to get to their meals. Males grow large antlers to fend off sharks and other predators whIle females have slightly smaller sets to attract their mates. Their fur is doublessed coated and keeps out the cold but clenched the tight like a suit when in the water depths. The Web between. Their fingers and toes and sides help guide the creature through the waters while their large saber like fangs are meant to break through shells and other closed items under the waters to gain more food
Still being worked on. We will see.
