Depending on how one interprets this, I could find it extremely hot or rather disturbing, like someone above said. The hot way is if that actually was just a doll all along that thought it was a normal being. The horrifying way is if it was a normal person all along that was essentially destroyed by becoming a doll. It's fascinating how context can change so much!
