I'm tempted to keep him, but I also need some cash (and have too many characters as it is), so he will be an Offer to Adopt.

Rules:
-No re-uploading this artwork (other than saving for your personal collection like in sta.sh, toyhouse, etc, but MUST credit me as the artist).
-Winner will receive the FULLSIZE (2000x3000 pixel), NON-WATERMARKED image of the character.
-Winner can change gender / tweak design / etc.
-No reselling for more than you paid unless there is additional art of the character (which includes your own artwork).
-You do not gain rights to the species itself, only this design.
-You MUST let me know if you are reselling / gifting / trading this character.

~Offers must be in USD, which will be heavily favored over points.
~Artwork offers mean nothing to me if you have a long list of commissioners (like mine would get done in 3 months or get forgotten about).
~I'll be picky about art offers because I do need cash, but combination offers are AWESOME. A+
~If I don't get any offers I'm interested in, I will keep him.
