It's almost a daily thing.
Sometimes I forget to brush it, and pass like 3 days so far and then, the mess.
It even sometimes takes me around 1-2 hours TO GET IT BRUSHED.

I have the same problem with my hair my whole life!
That's why I switched to big tooth combs. I comb from the bottom up. It really really changed my life : O I highly recommend you use a brush only after the big tooth comb.
I honestly haven't used a brush since I was like super young : o
