A drawing just for fun. I gathered a few of my friends who asked that they wanted to be Lib's bridesmaids :P I have to admit I wish I would of taken more time because they seem to get smaller and smaller, lol. The only ones with the right size is Lib, Halo (flower filly), and Aurora (the youngest bridesmaid). But pretend the rest are somewhat apart from Libertad and that's why they look smaller ^^'

I have that same proportion problem with groups like that. The best thing to do is draw lines where all the heads should be, and then the shoulders. Lines that go all the way across the page, that you erase later.
But.
Not a total loss, as it simply looks like they're in a line that goes away from the "camera" instead of going in a line across. Which isn't a bad thing.
