okay here it is sitting on its new stand all hooked up and ready to go, I will be using it tomorrow to make my cornbread in and maybe a few other things, was just too tired tonight to do anything with the oven I just made fish and chips with a simple beer batter and all I had was small red potatoes to make chips out of but it all came together okay.

I did my first experimental test with it as written in a journal I just posted a few hours ago, I will have to back off on temperatures and timing when using the convection but this oven is both a convection and standard oven and as you know convection uses forced air with a fan and conventional uses radiated heat have not used a convection oven except for a few times working in a restaurant that had as many years ago.
Yes I will be using the under part of that as storage for my other appliances I have food processor or blender a breadmaker and other stuff and I will put in a microwave above this oven when the construction is done above that will be more cabinets that I can store other stuff in and on the side will be shelves to store canned goods and other stuff but like I said in my journal right now everything is okay and the next thing I need to do is buy the stuff for my car.

Yea i often turn the heat down about 15% of recommend temp and shorten cooking time around 10% ive never been a huge fan of the older convection ovens they take some getting used to i will still use a water bath for my breads and cheese cakes as it will burn them rather easy. The newer designed ones do a way better job but unfortunately they are all in the 5 grand and up range way to expensive for normal people but one can dream tho lol. What do you need to do on the car ? I have extensive auto background knowledge if you need any help :)
Cool ans Tanks,.. on the first part.
My car is a 2004 Dodge neon and is coming up on 100,000 miles not very quickly because I do not drive often but it is coming up on needing all of the belts and hoses replaced because they are all original and the timing belt replaced water pump and the tensioner sprocket for the power steering pump and air conditioner as it is polyurethane or whatever plastic that they used for that particular application also I am getting a solid tap out of a couple of the lifters or in this case hydraulic lash adjusters which there are 16 of as this is a four valve per cylinder engine also the book says to replace the camshaft positioning sensor and the camshaft disruptors sensor.
I am a certified mechanic went through 4 1/2 years of school for learning how to work on people's cars but that was back in the 1970s and 80s a bunch of years and experience in the automobile industry and am certified as an "ACE" breaks alignments front ends suspensions and drivetrain mechanic so I know what I'm doing behind a rich is just that I cannot buy all of the parts at one time I have to buy a little bit at a time most of my money went into buying the wood for this project I am on a limited fixed income as I am supposedly supposed to be disabled retired which is a pain in the A** if you know what I mean rather be out there working then stuck at home in front of a computer or TV not putting to knowledge what I know I used to build cars back when all we had was carburetors points and condensers and distributors which would make these kids drool.
Thank you very much for your offer and if you want to help me please let me know I will send you my contact information through a private message.
