My first Legends of Aeluria drawing for 2016.
It's been a while since I drew one of my characters for this story, and I thought it might help renew my interest in continuing it of I did.
I didn't wanna give her one of usual blank backgrounds, so I gave her a simple bi-color backdrop.
I changed her facial markings on her cheeks by accident. Even though it's not natural markings like it used to be, I actually like this better.

Torah is a daughter of a missionary Eastern Tzavo lion prides, who went 'native' after her father died and her mother agreed to marry the tribal king for protection.
Many of the tribe members look to her as a princess even though she is no blood relation to the Tzavo king.
She became their best female warrior and huntress, while her mother became the tribe's teacher and designated high priestess.
