Ah, it's okay. And I liked the story, just one minor detail: The only mention of the word "cousin" was by one of the FiMFiction commenters.

I'm glad you liked how the overall story went. I initially didn't know if I could write it, but it just sort of happened and I'm glad you suggested it. It made for a very fun six days of writing. :)

I certainly hope Flurry Heart lives up to her name -- and becomes one of the biggest hearts in Equestria!

On that note, I have an idea for another Flurry Heart story -- one with a macro-micro theme:

Michael Darlington, an earth pony, has been invited to visit Shining Armor's family in their crystal tower in the Crystal Empire. He wrote a highly inspiring letter to Shining Armor and the ruling Princesses -- expressing his desire to assist Shining Armor and the Princesses in building the power of friendship among the stallions (especially the royal guard).

Flurry Heart accidentally sneezes at her guest and causes him to shrink to the size of a Breezie. As she plays with him, she thinks it would be fun to flush him down the toilet. When she realizes he's gone, she cries loud enough to be heard for a mile around. Shining Armor and Cadence rush to the scene and soon realize what happened.

Fortunately, Twilight Sparkle has just arrived. Doing some calculations with the flow rate of the water, along with how fast they can teleport (including differential equations), she quickly calculates the part of the plumbing where the group should try to intercept tiny Darlington.

Darlington should have drowned -- but he is strangely unhurt (despite some water in his lungs). It seems that Flurry Heart's love for her guest kept him from any serious injury -- as if her good intentions alone may be enough to save her from most of the consequences for carelessness. She and Darlington share a big hug. Everypony cries tears of joy.

Suddenly, she sneezes again. This time, Darlington is so big that he fills up the great living room! Shining Armor, his wife, and his sister restore him to his proper size. Immediately, they hire him as their new royal servant. They think he might even be capable of babysitting Flurry Heart, as he builds a close friendship with her.

This is a great story concept. Actually, it's a great story as it read like one. :)

I like the direction you see Flurry Heart's magic going.

All Unicorns seem to have a particular specialty / focus that their magic can do. Most can learn basic spells, like teleportation, shields, etc. However there is usually a specialty that they can do that you often don't see other Unicorns able to perform at quite near the level.

I'm so glad you love my concept! For charity, I would love to do (as I mentioned before) a series called "Shining Armor & and the Family Crystal" -- and this story would be one of the installments.
