I finally just recieved this bad boy from Amazon today as i had been wanting to get it for quite a while. This is a pretty cool release with a sampling of some of the classic Nick game shows i watched as a kid, my absolute favorite of course being Legends of the Hidden Temple. Though i would certainly like if they could eventually release season or series sets at some point in the future.
The thing i like the most is that it has two Legends episodes included on the disc.

I know that they've tried resurrecting some of their game shows in the past with stuff like Double Dare 2000, My Family's Got GUTS in 2008 and most recently the 2012-2013 run of Figure it Out. Needless to say that all of those revivals ended up more or less underperforming and ending within months or a year at most. Though i would be interested to see them do a new Nick Arcade or Legends of the Hidden Temple as long as they are done right.
Another note about this set is that the prize/consolation plugs are from later re runs from the mid to late '90s, as one of the Legends eps has a plug for one of the Mighty Ducks series VHS releases from around '97 or so. My guess is that they were changed somewhere around the time these shows were re aired if not slightly before then. Therefore the original prize cards were replaced sometime in 1997 or 1998 before they started being moved over to Nick GAS in March of '99 when it became a full channel and ran on there from then on.
