The High Imperator is throwing a Commoner's Mascarade ball with the elite of the island and it's by invite only. Dear papa there is only here by leaning on some friends in high places since he did them some favors over the last ten years and decided to cash in.
Believe me, the Imperator is laughing his ass off that he forced a dress code of "COMMONER" on everyone there just to watch them complain about wearing linens instead of silks.
