first attempt at making a fursuit head out of foam

I recently decided to try my hand at making Fursuits, or at lest the heads for right now.
And
here is the first attempt i made at doing so, and frankly im not too happy with it. So i abandanded it and started a second head.
Please comment and tell me what you thank, I need all the help i can get on this.
