Back on April 27th, 2016, went on a nice little storm chase on some severe thunderstorms out here in California. This was one of the last strikes that this nasty storm provided, striking just behind that hill. Though I missed many much closer cg strikes, this is the only one I got since day time lightning strikes are relatively hard to get without a lightning trigger. Still, it's always great to see a nice storm in the spring. Hopefully more to come later this year.
