After a very, very, very long wait of over a year, its finally here. This waterfall of cuteness here is a gift to my good friend 
Hioty who has been extremely sweet and fun to spend time with. He makes me utterly giddy and I'm happy to finally give him something back for all of his kindness. I'm so glad you love this Ratty dear. :3
Since Vlad already spent some time with his pretty kitty nerd friend the other visit, he decided to spend some quality time with his other friends in the asylum...possibly making them even more looney. XD

Do not recommend to commission due to poor behavior

I doubt Vlad is going stop anytime soon. He'll probably be sticking around until visiting hours are over for the day, tickling and teasing those big piggies as they wiggle. Sebastian doesn't seem to mind too much though. You might as well join in while you are at it, its not like that rat and croc can do much about it. If Vlad gets them laughing, he'll only tickle them even worse from the teasing he is giving them now.
Poor? Poor? I'll have you know, Sebastian is enjoying this very much...and having an extra tickle hand teasing him wouldn't hurt either. >////< Crassus, well, he'll get over it eventually, its all in the name of fun amongst friends~ Even if Vlad probably plans to ticke them for the next hour or two...and tickle them harder if they laugh. ^^
Croc isn't getting tickled enough >:T there needs to be tools at the gaps between each of his toes, lets see how wide this crocs mouth and open and how loud the laughs are that shoots his vocal cords, make him cry rivers

Pffft, you are a weirdo? Yeah right, then I'm a super weirdo! X3 And besides, I like weird and you fit in snuggly~ And.....isn't being tickled enough? X////3 I-I don't think....Sebastian would mind that type of intensity...*toes slowly curl inward as he blushes and giggles at the thought* His laugh can be booming, and I'm positive he'll be squirming around wildly if you go crazy on him. Tickle him enough and he'll be all yours to mold into your pet~ I agree, its always lovely to see more gatrs, crocs and alligators being tickled into a puddle of laughing mush.
