This is early Empire, right after Revenge of the Sith, when they still used the V-Wing starfighters from the Clone Wars.

i see, and i take it they tried putting higher end repulserlift drives in them? also how do you like the other q7 variants i tried making?

Yes to the higher end repulsorlifts. Also, the ones you made would be custom builds, as all official Q7s used the R2 model dome.
