I once had a tiny, black kitten named Neko that I had rescued from a rather foul petting zoo, but he was no more than four months old when he was hit by a car. Depressed, as any "mother" would be, I started drawing him all over my papers at school, but I started drawing him with a bell around his neck. He was always happy, so I drew him with his eyes closed because his smile was so big. After awhile, I had the idea to "bring him back to life" through a series of sketches... Thus, Voodookitty was born.
Voodookitty became an instant star in my graduating class (at least, the ones who actually looked through my sketchbooks) and I was told by various people to pursue some further planning with Voodookitty. Other sketched characters led to Darkit, Voodoopuppy, and Charmpanda, which will be added later. After much deliberation, I created a title to their little group: Voodoostuff.
