Adopt - Atari the Angel Dragon - CLOSED

This is the first adopt to be made on my new base, and an idea I've had for a while. Everyone, meet Atari! This adorable angel dragon (or dutchie depending on what the buyer wants) is based off of the classic console of the same name.
This guy isn't an auction and I am looking for $15. You get the rights to the character and the ref sheet!

Feathered tail
Tri-colored eyes based on the colors that make up white light.
A color scheme based on the Atari's original color palette.
Horn design to resemble original Atari logo.
First-come first served~
I do customs! They are $10 for a normal flat color and $20 for a ref sheet like this~
