A cat I adopted a long time ago flipped out for no apparent reason (nightmare?) and attacked my arm, balled around it, forpaws clinging, hindlegs kicking, teeth biting. It was more than 10 years ago, but there are still scars there.

I have a scar from about that long ago caused by a friend's cat who jumped off my shoulder, and in doing so dug one of his claws into my bicep. I ignored it at the time because it felt like a small poke, but then when I looked at my arm later there was a cut like two inches long.

The sad thing is most kats that do that have memory issues forgetting what is happening or where they are Or they happen to have schizophrenia yes kats can get mental diseases too

Do your cats ever give love bites? The ones where they bite on your skin but it doesn't hurt? o:
My cat Junior did that from time to time. The weird thing is...if my arm was ever itching, he'd do a love bite right there and it'd stop. Very odd, but helpful! XD
