What exactly is the point of these drawings depicting a character sliced into parts? I come across them every once in a while and find the idea interesting. So far I've guessed it has something to do with a detachment from the body? but I could be very far off. What do you think?
i find that theme recently and am no specialist in it) i can only say it is interesting to draw creatures in that condition. for me it is experiment with contrast colours (white fur - red tomato for example). and i don't think this creatures can move, while they are sliced. i also can't understand adopts and characters, whitch have separated parts, like flying head or legs. maybe owners of these type of characters can explain)
i don't know why it is so popular :)
