This is the way incubi appear in Wayfarer. Succubi are similar, with the inly difference being the fact that they are much more femanine in shape, and have jubblies. ahh, sweet jubblies.
They also have wings at some point as well, 2 pairs, one on their upper back, and one on the lower back. they're small.. uselessly so, unless they focus a great deal on forcing them to grow.
'Cubi have managed to adjust fairly well into society, their origin still from within the abyss, because their original parents were two that had escaped from that pit. The fact that all other 'cubi after their escape [or most of them] were executed to prevent any more escapes, doesn't mean that they are inbred. any time a 'cubi mates with any other creature, it always comes out a 'cubi. their appearance isn't always uniform, though, they can appear any number of ways, from looking like a Vixaen with horns to a human with ram's legs.
They're typically very polite, and have a higher sex drive than any of the other races. This doesn't mean that they crave sex infinitely, but instead that they are more prone to being rather perverted.
They have a powerful tie to the dark magics as well, giving them a few magical abilities even if they take no levels in a magical class.
I'm still experimenting on the tail.. I don't realy like it all that much, I think it needs to be longer...

It is so cool to see you keep going with this, Min! ^^ Like I said before, it's great to read more about the races in Wayfarer. I also think this is a neat design that keeps classical demonic traits without making it seem overtly evil (actually reminds me a lot of a satyr, which is oddly appropriate considering the higher drive you mentioned ).
If you are still working with the design, making the tail longer seems like a really good idea to me. Keeping in line with the classical demonic traits the tail is usually long and sinewy. I would also be really neat to see design of the wings, from the description they sound cool so I really want to see them. :)
As a side note, I think these are some of the best cloven hooves you've drawn. I really like how the fur just slightly lays over them.
It's interesting to hear about the cubi mating with other creatures, too. If I understand the description correctly, the offspring of a Vixaen and cubi would have the appearance of a Vixaen with cubi features, but would actually be (for all intents and purposes) a cubi as well?
