Here I drew him in different balloons: two balloons of 12" the left one and middle one. And the balloon to the right was a China 27", very soft balloons even inflated big, sadly, the latex is so thin the durability of those balloons is very very short

And wasn't precisely overinflated, there are other ways to inflate the necks without overinflating, I use "neck preinflation" like this:

Still, the balloon may pop cause of the neck gets weak, and usually the neck is the weakest part of the balloon
