Today I was browsing new submissions from people I watch and came across a couple recent pictures from  tasanko, which totally inspired me to try and figure out how the heck you do a colorful background like that.

In all, this was a practice of new brushes, a rough one for sketching/linearting and a couple other for background and painting.

I think it looks good. :>

FYI, "'chorro" is an abbreviation of 'cachorro', which is portuguese for 'furry devourer of food articles'.
