I change brushes constantly. But I use mangastudio, and I'm gonna guess you use SAI so I wouldn't be able to share my brushes.
I can't quite remember what I used for this one, but I think Darker Pencil on MS, which is basically the G-Pen on SAI but with a bit lower opacity.
Right now I juggle between that and a brush I bought, a marker which you can't recreate in Sai I don't think.

Mangastudio is pretty awesome, but so is SAI, so it's up to personal preference :3 It actually took a lot for me to switch over, as I absolutely adored SAI and hated MS at first. But in the end, it has tools I use which SAI doesn't have, guides, text tool, etc. For brushes, there's both more options, and less. There's not as much resources for MS, so it can be hard to find info and brushes, but it also supports more brush tweaking/brush shapes, like photoshop, while SAI doesn't as much.
Overall, both are awesome. But I would recommend MS as a replacement to photoshop as it's cheaper (often going on sale for 15$). So you can use SAI and then MS for edits, like how people edit with photoshop.

Oohhh. I actually have Phostoshop CS6 but I went to it from Elements 11 and still haven't grasped everything in it by far. It's a little complicated to me considering I only started doing digital art about a year and a half ago??? I like SAI because it's so easy and user friendly but you definitely have more options with Phtoshop. So MS might be like a good midground between the two? Anyways, thank you so much for taking the time to respond and elaborate on all that! I really appreciate it! ;w;
Totally, I started with photoshop so I did get it decently quick since I had to, but I found SAI way easier and usually recommend it for beginners.
I do find MS to be a mix of SAI and photoshop. I hate photoshops lines and it doesn't have stabilizers, while SAI has amazing lines, but less options. So MS gives you amazing lines, and the options, which is why I like it :3 You can always give it a shot and then stick to SAI if you don't like it. But I wish say that I hated it at first and needed to give it another go. I mostly only finally switched over when an artist I followed talked about it and shared her brushes, as the default brushes were hard to edit and not at all like I was using in SAI. Now I switch brushes all the time.

At the moment I'm not offering anything sketched like this other then the clothing design commissions, but you can find general prices here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/.....5qkgeU4Jc/edit
This would be a bust if you're looking for a head like this. Or I can do an icon.
