Calais (Another one of my closed species) do indeed have dragon forms!!! UK is lifting her left wing for you to see her underbelly, but it would usually be supporting her top-heaviness like her right wing currently is. Calais can walk only leaning on their hind legs and wings in this form, but can't really remain totally balanced without the wings overall.
In this form, the wings are obviously pretty important, and can be used to move and grab things, and it's increasingly more difficult to talk because the jaws are lined with longer and sharper teeth.
