Oh look, I finally got around to doing this thing. My majorly seen diaper designs, all up to date, plus some new ones.
From left to right, top to bottom...
Double Moon (Pink Luna + Trixie theme)
Crescent Luna (Luna night diaper theme)
Bubble Pop (Derpy Hooves theme -- Bubbles fade/disappear when used)
Rare Gems (Rarity theme)
Crusaders (Cutie Mark Crusaders special, each landing tape has a pair of marks on it based on the crusader wearing it)
Sonic Siren (Sonata Dusk theme -- quarter notes fade when used)
More might be made later, but these are the six I've recently used.
