Dutch angel dragons can be reborn somewhat similarly to the phoenix. Dying and from the 'ashes' a new life is created. When dutch angel dragons perish together, their pure energy is created into a newly formed dragon, using traits from the previous 'parents'.
Luptia carries traits with her such as double ears, four wings, and a dual split tail. She was 'born' from two dutch angels who perished together and out of love, created a new life. Lupita is the embodiment of the original dutch angel dragons love and sacrifice for each other. Lupita is alive due to the spirit of love and care for others.

Well okay, I think I should 'reword' it, they dont turn into ashes per-say. I was just using the phoenix story to relate it as much as possible, but I guess their energies can be formed into a new dragon. And I mean, sure! It's your character and they don't follow any guidelines so go ahead!
