Second is an effect known as a 'sweat barrier'.
He's literally got enough sweat inside his suit to create a microclimate inside it.
I am personally familiar with this effect, having worn my armor in 100+* temps for 48 hours or more.... Yes, I've slept in my armor, many, many, times.
