Yes you are right, the upper lip is much darker than the bottom one, maybe darkening it a bit will help?

I can't guarantee. Plus I'm reluctant to advocate for any changes before the owner has actually provided any input of her own. I mean, I don,t have much room to complain if they think the Image is perfect as is, after all

On further thought I think what gets me the most (besides the whole lip vs. teeth thing) is that the top half of the face has furry-er feature, with the nose hinting at a muzzle that simply fails to exist (this is especially noticeable if you compare with the previous 3 guys, whose face is much more strongly furry overall), while the bottom half is pretty much 100% human, complete with a strongly protruding chin.
